Intern - R&D and Government Incentives

Deloitte's Research & Development and Government Incentives Practice consists of over 20 experts dedicated to R&D credits and grants. Our Team specializes in optimization of business activity by use of differentiated forms of incentives: EU funds (infrastructure, R&D, training, renewable and conventional energy investments), preference loans, CIT exemptions in SEZ and CIT relieves for R&D related expenses and RET exemptions. We work in the international environment for multinational companies, but also we support SME's in their growth. Experts working currently in Deloitte have obtained more c.a. M 2 200 000 PLN of grants for their clients!

Main responsibilit

• Active supporting teams to work on projects currently implemented;
• Helping in solving specific issues, preparing reports, reviews, letters to the authorities, etc.
• Searching for and analysis of information (research) in the area of  EU law, loans, state aid for projects;
• Preparing business plans and financial analyses;
• Continuous development and assimilation of new knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

• Last year's student preferably of economics or law;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (Polish and English language);
• Advanced use of MS Office packages;
• Availability 20-40 hours per week;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Presenting commitment to assigned tasks and ability to quick assimilate new knowledge;
• Maintaining high quality and professional standards;
• Ability to work under the pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Ability to write clear and concise reports;
• Prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments work effectively in a team to plan, manage and execute engagements, within a risk based environment efficiently and effectively;
• Knowledge of and practice in developing financial analyses and drafting business plan would be an asset;
• Knowledge of another foreign language (German, French, and Spanish) would be an asset.
